However, all applications are subject to the availability of funds and eligibility review. Remaining funds will be awarded in the order of approved applications.

Thank you for your commitment to helping North Carolina homeowners experiencing hardship following the coronavirus pandemic. The NC Homeowner Assistance Fund is no longer accepting new applications. Applications that were received prior to program closure are still being processed, so we will continue to coordinate with you on behalf of applicants whose loans you are servicing as needed.

Please direct any clients receiving program assistance to the NCHAF Call Center at 855-MY-NCHAF (855-696-2423) Mondays through Fridays for program-related questions.
